That is why a die-cut box starts with the cutting die — width, depth, height and any insert are measured, and the cutting plan is drawn around them.
Nova Tasarım produces in Şahinbey, Gaziantep, and does not offer a stock size catalogue; every box is made to order. Across e-commerce shipping boxes, pizza and food boxes, doypacks and gift boxes, the board is selected for the weight and the shipping method.
For items in contact with food we use food-grade kraft or board, and boxes destined for hot service are structured accordingly.

BEFORE YOU ORDER
What to decide first
- Why the cutting die matters
- The cutting die is the box's mould, drawn to your product's dimensions. Once it is right it is reused for later orders, so the care taken on the first run pays off on every one after it.
- Choosing the board
- Weight and shipping method decide this. A box that goes through a courier network and one that sits on a counter do not need the same board; courier handling is far harsher.
- Locking or tuck-in
- A locking closure is safer for shipping; a tuck-in opens more easily and looks more elegant for gifting. Where the box will be opened drives the choice.
- Printing the inside
- Optional. In e-commerce the moment a box is opened often becomes a shared photo, and inside printing makes use of it. On a plain shipping box it is usually unnecessary cost.
- Food safety
- Boxes that touch food use food-grade kraft or board. If hot service is involved the structure is planned for it — please state this when ordering.
Frequently asked
I don't know my box size — what should I do?
Just measure your product's width, depth and height and send them; we draw the cutting die. If you are unsure, bring the product to our workshop in Şahinbey and we will measure it together.
Do shipping and gift boxes cost the same?
No. Board thickness, closure type, lamination and inside printing all change cost. We work by quotation — tell us the intended use and we will propose a suitable structure and price it.
Can I order a small quantity of boxes?
We have no minimum order limit. But since a die-cut box needs a one-off cutting die, unit cost rises noticeably at very low quantities. We assess this together when quoting.
Can I collect in Gaziantep?
Yes. Production is at our workshop in Körkün Sanayi on Kozlubağı Caddesi, İbn-i Sina district, and you can collect from there. We also hand-deliver the same day within Şahinbey and Şehitkamil.
