Labels & Promotional Products in Gaziantep
Labels and promotional items follow a different logic from packaging: here the surface changes every time. A glass jar, a metal mug, a woven label and a cotton bag do not accept the same method. So the first question is not "what do we print" but "what are we printing onto".
UV DTF transfer works on hard, smooth surfaces such as glass, metal, wood and acrylic. It prints in full colour and is applied by hand without equipment — meaning you can label your own jars in-house. On the textile side there are woven, satin and card hang-tag options, and brand name, size, care instructions and a QR code can sit on one label.
For promotional items — pens, notebooks, mugs and corporate gifts — the print method is chosen to suit each surface.

BEFORE YOU ORDER
What to decide first
- Start from the surface
- Glass, metal, wood, fabric and plastic each need a different method. Showing us a photo of the item — or the item itself — is the quickest way to pick the right one.
- Simplify the logo
- Fine lines and gradients disappear on small areas. Preparing a simplified single-color version of your logo for narrow surfaces such as a pen barrel or a label improves the result noticeably.
- Language of care instructions
- Care text on a textile label is set for the country you sell into. Telling us about export plans up front saves relabelling later.
- If you are adding a QR code
- A QR code needs enough size and clear space around it to scan. Settle where it points before production — if the address changes later, the labels are void.
- Plan them as a set
- When several promotional items such as pens, notebooks and mugs are planned around one shared design, the result looks more coherent and a single production run shortens the process.
Frequently asked
Can I apply UV DTF labels myself?
Yes. UV DTF transfer needs no equipment and is applied by hand. You can label jars, bottles or boxes in your own workplace — the surface just needs to be clean and dry.
Which surfaces does it not suit?
UV DTF is for hard, smooth surfaces. On fabric and flexible surfaces a textile label or a different method works better — show us your item and we will suggest the right one.
What can go on a textile label?
Brand name, size, care instructions and a QR code can sit on one label. Woven, satin and card hang-tag options are available, with size set according to your product range.
What is the lead time on promotional items?
7-14 working days on average. The time varies by item and print method; planning several items as a set shortens the process because they come off one production run.
